Simple but big challenge to overcome
On our way back to London from Edinburgh, we were trying to find a place to perform our salat but could not find any other suitable place than to stop by a vegetable farm located at one of the beautiful Scotland’s east coast route.
My son’s call for nature also required him to just simply find some bushes around. Using mineral water bottles he did the cleaning and we took our wudhu.
It was really a beautiful experience at the farm by the cliff top and to be thankful to the owner whom we did not have the opportunity to meet during the stop, I promise myself to publish about their farm in my web page.
From the signage we could see the name of the farm or the company which owns it. Drysdales, growing great vegetable.
Later I found that Drysdales is a quality vegetable provider, growing 50,000 tonnes of fresh Scottish vegetables all year round for British Supermarkets. They are at the forefront of sustainable vegetable production in the UK. They are among the country’s largest suppliers of swede, sprouts and leeks.
What I always learned from these people (UK and Europeans), their success comes from their strength in teamwork. They cooperated well and managed to do their business in bigger scale and big corporation.
Unlike us, and many people from developing countries in the world, very hard to find successful cooperation. Even the inherited land from our fore fathers become so tiny due to too many division.
Sorry to say that situation of the muslims in the middle east are even worse because they just can’t cooperate well, mostly they are smart people but just they could not work together.
I guess it is a big challenge to overcome!
